How Pandora Manages Your Bet Sizes (Without Getting Out of Control)

Some strategies increase your bet after a loss. That's not automatically a bad idea — but it can go very wrong without proper limits. Here's how Pandora keeps it safe.

You may have heard of the Martingale system — where you double your bet after every loss until you win. It sounds logical, but the maths is brutal: after 10 consecutive losses, you'd need to bet over 1,000 times your starting stake just to get back to even. Most tables have a maximum bet limit long before that point.

Pandora is nothing like that. It's a controlled scaling system that increases bets gradually after losses — but with strict limits on how high things can go.

How Pandora Is Different From Doubling Up

  • There's a maximum — Pandora has a hard ceiling on how high your bet can get. It will never go above what you set, no matter how many losses in a row.
  • When things go badly, it resets — if you hit your session stop-loss, Pandora resets back to your starting bet rather than continuing to climb.
  • It increases slowly — rather than doubling every time, it increases by a smaller amount (like 1.4x or 1.5x), which is much safer.
  • It only bets when POUET approves — Pandora doesn't increase bets on any old spin, only when conditions are right to bet.

Before you use Pandora, set your maximum to something your session budget can actually support if things go wrong. If you start with a 1 bet and set the maximum to 4x, the most you'll ever bet in one go is 4. You should be comfortable losing that.

Starting Safe

For your first sessions with Pandora, set the maximum multiplier to 4x your starting bet and use a step of 1.5x. This means your bets go: 1, 1.50, 2.25, 4 — and then stop climbing. This is conservative enough to learn on without risking big money while you figure out how it feels.
