The current CCM Quantum installer is unsigned, so Windows may show an unknown-publisher message. Keep protection switched on, check the file and follow the steps below.
Check the file
Compare the filename, byte size and SHA-256 with the values on the verification page.
Open the installer
Double-click the file. If SmartScreen appears, read the message before continuing.
Choose “More info”
Windows will reveal the file name and the option to continue. Do not turn SmartScreen off.
Finish setup
Follow the installer prompts, then open CCM Quantum from the Start menu or desktop shortcut.
Sign in and launch
Use your CCM account, check product access and open TableSync.
Why Windows shows the message
The installer is unsigned.
That means Windows cannot show a verified publisher name. It does not mean you should disable security. Use the file details on the website to confirm you have the expected installer before you run it.
- Download only from the CCM website.
- Compare the exact SHA-256.
- Keep antivirus and SmartScreen enabled.
- Stop if the file details do not match.
