Plain-English summary

You can browse these public pages without creating an account on the website. The site does not currently set non-essential cookies, run an analytics provider or show private subscription information. Stripe handles payment-card details on its own checkout pages.

Information you choose to send

If you email support, the message may include your email address and any details you choose to provide. Send only what is needed to investigate the issue. Never send passwords, payment-card details, casino credentials, private tokens or unredacted personal records.

Website hosting and technical requests

The public website is hosted by Vercel. Like other web hosts, it may process technical request information needed to deliver and protect the service, such as an IP address, browser information, requested page and time of request. This website does not add a separate analytics tracker to that request.

Payments and subscriptions

Subscription buttons open the approved Stripe-hosted checkout page. Payment-card details are entered on Stripe, not on this website. Stripe may process account, transaction and technical information under its own terms and privacy information.

Downloads

The official installer is served from downloads.codedcashmachines.co.uk. A file request may create ordinary technical delivery records. The website publishes the exact file size and SHA-256 so you can compare the download before installation.

CCM Quantum accounts

Sign-in, private account details and subscription status are handled through CCM Quantum and its connected customer services, not rendered into these public pages. The public website does not make a browser request to the CCM Authority service.

Cookies and browser storage

No first-party cookie, local-storage value or session-storage value is currently written by the public pages. Read the Cookie Policy for the current script and third-party classification.

Your questions and rights

You can ask what personal information CCM holds about a support interaction, request a correction or raise a privacy concern by emailing support@codedcashmachines.co.uk. The appropriate response depends on the request and applicable rights.
