Public website requests

The site is hosted by Vercel. Hosting and security systems may process technical request information needed to deliver and protect the service, such as an IP address, browser details, requested path and request time.

Account registration and verification

When you create an account, the website sends the email address and password you submit to the connected CCM account service. Verification links contain a token used to confirm the account. Account, checkout, API and single-use claim routes are excluded from website analytics. Passwords and verification tokens are not sent to either analytics layer.

Requested free-trial emails

When you request a 7-day TableSync Pro trial by email, the Website sends the email address and your optional marketing-consent choice server-side to CCM Authority. Authority creates a single-use claim and Resend delivers the transactional trial invitation. Requesting the trial does not itself grant product access; the seven-day period starts only after a successful claim. Marketing consent is separate, optional and is not required to receive the requested trial email.

Website analytics

CCM uses two separate analytics layers. Vercel Web Analytics records aggregated page-view information on non-sensitive public routes without analytics cookies; CCM strips query strings and URL fragments and excludes account, checkout, API and claim routes before those events are sent. Google Analytics remains optional and is loaded only after you accept analytics. Neither layer is intended to receive names, email addresses, account identifiers, passwords, payment details, support-message contents, saved layouts or session notes.

Consent storage

Your Google Analytics choice is stored in your browser so the site can remember it. See the Cookie Policy for what is stored and how to change the choice.

Payment-details requests

The current payment-details request page asks for the CCM account email, chosen plan and preferred payment method. It does not ask for your CCM password. When you submit the form, the Website sends those request details server-side through Resend to the CCM support inbox and sets your submitted account email as the reply address, and may send a branded transactional receipt back to that address. The request content is not sent to website analytics. Basic request metadata may be processed transiently to rate-limit abuse.

Preserved annual-order authentication

The Website also retains a server-side annual-order route for later use when the Authority annual-order service is enabled in production. If that route is used, the CCM account email and password submitted for that request are sent to CCM Authority only to authenticate the order request. The Website does not persist that password, put it in analytics or return the temporary Authority session token to browser JavaScript, and the temporary server-side session is closed after the request. The current public payment-details form does not use this route.

Support and annual-access requests

If you submit a payment-details request or contact support about annual access, we receive your email address, request or payment reference and the information you choose to include. Send only what is needed. Do not send passwords, verification links, payment-card details, bank-login credentials, casino logins or private tokens.

Payments

Annual access is currently arranged manually. CCM confirms the exact amount first, then sends either a PayPal payment request or official UK bank-transfer details. Payment providers and banks handle their own payment data under their own terms and privacy notices.

Downloads

The Windows installer is delivered through the CCM download route and the published release information includes the filename, byte size and SHA-256 for integrity checking. Technical request logs may be created when a download is requested or served.
