Each fair spin is a new event
On a standard European wheel there are 37 positions: 0 and 1 through 36. The wheel does not owe a number because it has been absent, and a recent repeat does not make the same number impossible on the next spin.
Random sequences can look uneven for long stretches. Uneven history is not evidence that the wheel must immediately balance itself.
Different windows can tell different stories
A number may rank near the top of a 50-result frequency list and look ordinary in a 500 or 1,000-result window. Both views can be accurate because they describe different samples.
CCM's sample-size explorer makes that comparison explicit by placing observed counts beside the fixed 1/37 straight-up expectation. The difference describes the sample; it does not rewrite the next-spin probability.
Use statistics for review
Statistics can help you describe a session and understand how the product organises recorded data.
They should not replace personal limits or be treated as evidence that a future outcome has become more likely because of recent history alone.
