What changed
- Reduces normal Quantum live-result bandwidth by keeping startup on tiny latest/revision data plus SSE instead of automatically hydrating the full retained history.
- Keeps the Stats Wall as a rolling up-to-1,000 verified-result grid while loading retained history only when Stats or TableSync explicitly needs it.
- Appends ordinary new spins incrementally, including same-run updates where Authority sequence is optional, while retaining bounded gap and run recovery.
- Keeps the 100K result archive and dataset export separate from the normal live-results path.
- Preserves the validated authenticated TableSync child workspace and existing Authority, entitlement and updater boundaries.
