A count without a sample size is incomplete
Ten appearances mean something different in 50 accepted results than they do in 1,000. CCM's Results page pairs the hit count and percentage with the selected retained-history window so the denominator is visible.
Percentages make windows easier to compare, but they still describe the selected historical sample rather than a changed probability for the next spin.
Short samples are naturally uneven
Random results do not arrive in perfectly even rotations. Some numbers can appear several times while others are absent from a short window.
That unevenness is expected and does not by itself show that future probabilities have changed.
Compare windows carefully
Looking at CCM's 50, 100, 250, 500, 750 and 1,000-result views can show how strongly a short-run pattern depends on the sample boundary. The separate sample-size explorer compares 50, 250 and 1,000 against the simple 1/37 expected hit count.
Use the comparison to understand the record, not to turn a frequency ranking or observed-minus-expected value into a future-outcome signal.

CCM tools organise virtual practice and recorded roulette information. Historical counts, gaps, streaks and labels describe the selected record; they do not change the mathematics of an independent fair spin.
